Tollestrup Family Pictures 2010

This is our best family picture this year. It is pretty hard to get
8 people to all be smiling at the same exact time without
people making funny faces or looking away you get where this is going.
So this is our christmas or should I say new years pic for 2010
(we were a little late on getting our card out) :)

My individual picture of 2010

Our families newest edition Kaleb Timothy Tollestrup
He is the cutest baby ever I love him so much :)

Now thats just nasty you shouldn't kiss in public mom and dad ;)
By the way this isn't even a quarter of all the pictures we took that day
LONG AFTERNOON for sure.

The Cowardly Lion

This play was a blast! Natalie was Scarecrow, my friend Megan was Dorothy, and I was the cowardly Lion! It was really funny to see it come together like this. I got to be a main role with all my buddies what fun! They all did such a good job. I am kinda sad that it is over... Hopefully I will be able to do another play like this again!

Getting our ears peirced

This is Stephanie before she got her ears peirced.
You can probably tell that she is REALLY nervous. :)

That was a ranom face :)

It is kinda one of those smiles that you can tell she isn't truely happy she is just doing
what she is told to do witch is "smile for the camera!"

Yea us :) We are truely brave!

Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins

MMMMmmmmmm.... Delicious! It was a sunny Saturday Morning when I wanted something

"fun" for breakfast instead of cereal. So I went to Bakerella.com (the Best Website EVER!) and found, Heaven!

Oh Yummy! chocolate and pancakes are good but to make it into a muffin... EVEN BETTER!

Yes they really, really truly are the GREATEST!

Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins.
(Someone please come up with a shorter name for these.)

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a medium bowl. Sift together with a wire whisk.
  • In another bowl, stir buttermilk, egg, maple syrup and melted butter until just combined.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir with a spoon until combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips. Reserve a few chips to sprinkle on the tops.
  • Bake for 8-9 minutes.

Makes 24 mini pancake muffins.

Let cool slightly and remove from the pan. You may need to use a toothpick around the edges to separate the pancake muffins from the pan.
Serve immediately with warmed butter if you like or even just with maple syrup.
